Are you ready to make change and be changed? If so, our San Francisco office is looking for an Administrative Assistant for one of our International teams.

This Administrative Assistant is responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day administrative operations and activities for one of our client's International Business team, including coordinating meetings, processing expense reports, preparing presentations, etc. This position will be responsible for the international billing for clients and partner agencies. Within the billing process, the Administrative Assistant will ensure that invoicing is received in appropriate time, will process invoices and apply to proper estimates and will close jobs accordingly. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Finance department on all billing issues. This position will work closely with partner agencies handling requests for work produced by DDB San Francisco needed in international markets as well as international work needed by the local DDB San Francisco office.

Beyond the Administrative duties of this job, this position will be responsible for reviewing and summarizing competitive reports in order to identify copy relevant to our client's international businesses. Often times, this positions will be online researching consumer, brand, or competitive information for the US and other international markets and will be required to prepare that information in a logical manner to be used by the team.

REQUIREMENTS:
A Proactive, Resourceful, Self-starter is mandatory
1-2 years of prior administrative and/or business-related experience
Interest and enthusiasm for continuing to build upon communications skill-sets
Verbal and written communication are extremely important
Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented are a MUST!
Should be open to working long hours to accommodate international clients and business partners
