Cutler Technology via its sponsor Sandi Arabian Fertilizer Co. is currently offering several paid internships to train and install state of the art Adaptive Dynamic Matrix Control [ADMC] predictive controllers in Saudi Arabia. This is an unusual opportunity to work on the world's largest urea plant with Dr. Cutler the developer of Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC). Over half of the installed base of predictive controllers in the world is DMC. The urea plant ADMC controller is the first in a series of ADMC controllers to be installed in the Al Jubail Complex. This internship will last for a number of years.

The engineer will live and work in Saudi Arabia and will report to the manager of process control at the plant site. Cutler Technology is the prime contractor for implementation of ADMC at the plant site and will utilize engineers from the site.

The Sr. Systems Analyst is responsible for leading small to mid-sized projects that entail significant business process re-engineering and the implementation of technologies and processes that substantially impact the culture and work practices of the organization. In this position, the individual can expect to have responsibilities in project management and reporting, organizational change management, business systems analysis, documentation, design, programming, and implementation. This individual will be required to work effectively and respectfully at all levels of the organization, communicating at both a technical and business level. Work experience should include the implementation and support of Vendor delivered Enterprise Information Systems as well as the design, development and implementation of internally engineered applications. Demonstrated experience as a team leader and facilitator, and a keen focus on end to end business process and process quality is required.

Required Qualifications:
4 year college degree, with an IT-related concentration.
2-4 years project management experience.
7-10 years of experience in business systems analysis, design, programming, and implementation.
Strong communication skills, demonstrated experience as a team leader and facilitator, and a keen focus on end to end business process and process quality is required.

Preferred Additional Qualifications:
Masters degree preferred.
Experience working in an Academic Health Center, higher education, research, and / or a Hospital.
Experience working with or implementing Medical Education patient simulation technologies.
Experience and skills in system and data integration is a definite plus.
Technical background should include sufficient knowledge of programming languages, tools, and protocols required to meet specific job function. May include but not limited to any or all of the following: SQL and SQL based reporting tools (required), Visual Basic, VB.Net, C#.Net, Java, Javascript, WinBatch Scripting, HL7, XML.
