Customer Relationship Marketing Manager, Native level Japanese in TOKYO (Tokyo jobs)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage maintenance of the Brand’s customer database in complying with Private Information Protect Act

Develop strategies and action plans to execute loyalty programs to increase the Brand’s purchase and visit frequencies as well as new Customers’ recruitment

Manage and control the customers’ database in complying with Private Information Protect Act.

New Recruitment as a part of launch and promotion supports through internet activities and customer lists

REQUIREMENTS

Language: Good Japanese and English communication skills both in writing and speaking (TOEIC 850 equivalent, preferred)

Experience: at least 3 years experience in Customer Relationship Marketing (in luxury, consumer product business preferred)

Business Intelligence IT literacy preferred.

Creative skills are a plus.

Online business / internet skills are a plus.
