SURVIELLANCE OPERATOR:
The Surveillance Operator is responsible for maintaining close, continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and the entire property, in order to protect life, assets and the property. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Company policies, practices and procedures.

JOB DUTIES
• Responsible for maintaining close, continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and the entire property, in order to protect life, assets and the property.
• Utilize necessary equipment, to identify, record, document and report illegal, suspicious or unusual activities occurring on property.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, and ensure strict adherence to same throughout the property.
• Maintain up to the minute, detailed, and accurate logs.
• Observe and report all violations of department procedures by observing and reporting any failure to comply with company policy.
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations and equipment.
• Perform close watch duties as assigned.
• Protect company assets and gaming integrity, through the consistent, thorough monitoring of all activities on property, particularly on the gaming floor.
• Follow all established uniform guidelines and appearance standards.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge of casino games and operations – experience in the gaming industry is strongly preferred (1-3 years of surveillance experience in Table Games and Class Three Gaming).
• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Working knowledge of, and the ability to operate, various base station and handheld radios.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high stress environment.
• Ability to write detailed and accurate reports.
• Good eye-to-hand coordination.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Hearing ability required allowing monitoring of multiple radio broadcasts with or without utilizing headsets.
• Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to Company standards.
• 21 years or older.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.

SECURITY OFFICER:
The Security Officer is responsible for properly executing security duties on assigned shift, to adequately protect the life and property of customers, employees and the company's property. In addition, the incumbent in this position is responsible to promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Company policies, practices and procedures.

JOB DUTIES
• Observe, protect and reports on all patrons, employees, property and assets.
• Guard all transfers of monies and chips on the casino floor as well as the physical transportation of hopper fills, chip fills, and credits.
• Maintain a written log of incidents involving guests or employee, and prepare additional detailed reports, as may be required.
• Assist patrons and employees
• Respond to critical situations and emergencies.
• Effectively communicate with co-workers, Security Management, Surveillance and other departments. Attend mandatory training and scheduled events.
• Ensure full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, standard operating procedures and regulations.
• Follow all established uniform guidelines and appearance standards.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• 1-3 years of prior security experience in a high-traffic environment.
• New York State 8 hour certification is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to Company standards.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
