Administration Clerk (USA)

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

▪ Constant communication with our corporate offices
▪ Store Claims
▪ Administration of DNPs
▪ Control Drug and ARCOS administration and record keeping
▪ Processing Recalled product
▪ Processing of DC Transfers
▪ Processing E-Orders
▪ Seasonal Product tracking and reporting
▪ Perform other duties as assigned
▪ Filing

Qualifications

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
▪ Can build rapport with peers and management
▪ Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
▪ Strong problem solving skills


EXPERIENCE:
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Email
▪ Ability to work with AS/400 Queries
▪ Good inventory control knowledge a plus
