Help Desk Analyst (Home Office)

Part-time, full-time, or project specific positions.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Minimum 2 years customer support experience in the Point of Sale or Financial Institution markets.
• Must be fluent in English and French.
• POS experience including the ability to trouble shoot hardware and software related issues.
• Previous experience in a Call Centre environment is an asset.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Superb customer service skills.
• Proficient troubleshooting abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability and desire to learn quickly.

* must be flexible to work weekends and evenings if required. (24 x 7 help desk environment)
